Further to its Broadcasting Public Notice CRTC 2004-95 dated 10 December 2004, the Commission announces the following: | |

Application by Aboriginal Voices Radio Inc. for an extension of the time limit to commence the operation for the Native-language type B FM native radio programming undertaking at Calgary, authorized in Three new radio stations to serve Calgary, Decision CRTC 2001-172, 12 March 2001. | |
The applicant is requesting an extension until 12 September 2005, to complete the construction of the undertaking and implement the service. | |
The current application represents the fourth request for an extension of time to commence the operation of this undertaking. | |
The Commission approved the first request for an extension of time from 12 March 2002 to 12 March 2003 in Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2002-107, dated 22 April 2002; the second request for an extension of time to 12 September 2003 was approved in Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2003-97, dated 14 March 2003; the third request for an extension of time to 12 September 2004 was approved in Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2003-583, dated 20 November 2003. | |
