CHOB-TV Hobbema - Licence renewal

1.

The Commission renews the broadcasting licence for the television programming undertaking CHOB-TV Hobbema, from 1 June 2004 to 31 August 2010.1

2.

The Commission did not receive any interventions in connection with this application.

3.

The licence will be subject to the conditions specified therein, as well as to the following condition:
 

The licensee is relieved of the requirements of section 10 of the Television Broadcasting Regulations, 1987, with regard to the retention of program logs or records.
