  Application by NATIVE COMMUNICATION INC.for an extension of the time limit to commence the operation of the new transmitter of CINC-FM Thompson at Lake Manitoba.
  In Decision CRTC 2000-32, dated 3 February 2000, the Commission approved the application to amend the broadcasting licence for the radio programming undertaking CINC-FM Thompson (the originating station), by authorizing the licensee to add transmitters at Fox Lake and Lake Manitoba, each operating on frequency 93.5 MHz, (channel 228LP), with an effective radiated power of 23.1 watts and 37 watts, respectively.
  The applicant is requesting an extension until 2 February 2005 to commence the operation of the Lake Manitoba transmitter since the funding for the construction of the transmitter has not yet been approved.
  The Commission notes that the current applicationrepresents the fourth request for an extension of the time.
  The Commission approved the first request for an extension of time from 3 February 2001 to 2 February 2002, in a letter dated 26 January 2001. It approved the second request in Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2002-63, dated 4 March 2002, and extended the time limit to 2 February 2003. The third request was approved in Broadcasting Decision 2003-163, dated 23 May 2003, whereby the Commission extended the time limit to 2 February 2004.
