Administrative renewals

1.
|
The Commission renews the broadcasting licences for the undertakings in Appendix 1 and Appendix 2 of this decision, from 1 September 2003 to 30 November 2003, subject to the terms and conditions in effect under the current licences.
|
|
2.
|
The applications for the renewal of the licences in Appendix 1 were either considered at public hearings or published for comment in broadcasting public notices. However, the Commission will not be able to rule on these applications before the current licences expire.
|
|
3.
|
Interested parties will have an opportunity to comment on the applications for the renewal of the licences listed in Appendix 2, at the appropriate time.
|
|
4.
|
This decision does not dispose of any substantive issue that may exist with respect to the renewal of these licences.
|
|
|
