  Application by the CANADIAN BROADCASTING CORPORATION (CBC) to amend the broadcasting licence for its radio programming undertaking CBU-FM Vancouver.
  The licensee proposes to add an FM transmitter at Quesnel to broadcast the programming of CBC's Radio Two service, in order to serve the population of Quesnel.
  The proposed transmitter would operate on frequency 106.9 MHz (channel 295LP) with an effective radiated power of 20 watts.
  The Commission notes that the above-noted transmitter is presently licensed to North Cariboo Community FM Stereo Society (The Society) as a radiocommunication distribution undertaking (RDU). The licence expires on 31 August 2004. This transmitter currently rebroadcasts the programming ofCBC's Radio Two service out of Vancouver.
  Should this application be approved, The Society has requested the revocation of its RDU licence.
