Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2002-65

Ottawa, 4 March 2002

1158556 Ontario Limited doing business under the name of Celestial Sound
Kirkland Lake, New Liskeard, and Sault Ste Marie, Ontario

Applications 2002-0037-9; 2002-0038-7; 2002-0039-5

Extension of time limit to implement new radio programming undertakings

The Commission approves the applications by 1158556 Ontario Limited, doing business under the name of Celestial Sound, for an extension of the time limit to commence the operation of the radio programming undertakings at Kirkland Lake, New Liskeard, and Sault Ste Marie, granted by Decision CRTC 2001-9, dated 11 January 2001; Decision CRTC 2001-29 and Decision CRTC 2001-30, dated 25 January 2001, respectively.

The Commission grants the licensee an additional period of time, until 25 July 2002, to implement the authority.

The licensee's failure to meet this new implementation deadline will cause the authority in question to become null and void, unless a request for a further extension of time is approved by the Commission before such date.

Once the licensee has informed the Commission in writing that it is prepared to commence operations, the licences for these undertakings will be issued.
