Further to its Public Notice CRTC 2001-64 dated 5 June 2001, the Commission announces the following: |

CORRECTION TO ITEM 9 |

|
The following condition of licence is amended and the changes are underlined |
|
"...it is a condition of licence applicable to each undertaking that A-Channel broadcast during the evening broadcast period, as minimum weekly averages: 6 hours of Canadian drama, music or variety programming throughout the 1998, 1999 and 2000 broadcast years; 6 hours 30 minutes of Canadian drama, music or "priority programming as defined in Public Notice CRTC 1999-97, Building on Success-A Policy Framework for Canadian Television" throughout the 2001 broadcast years; and 7 hours of such programming throughout the 2002 and 2003 broadcast years." |
