"...it is a condition of licence that A-Channel, over the course of the licence term, contribute a minimum of $14,070,000 to a fund in support of independent program production in Alberta, and to ensure that $11,835,000 of this amount is directed to independent Alberta producers for the production of priority programming as defined in Public Notice CRTC 1999-97, Building on Success - A Policy Framework for Canadian Television". |
