Application (199616546) by DIFFUSION LAURENTIDES INC., Suite 200, 555 Ste-Adèle Boulevard, Sainte-Adèle, Quebec, J0R 1L0, to amend the broadcasting licence of the (radio) programming undertaking CIME-FM Sainte-Adèle, as follows:

-  by changing the frequency from 99.5 MHz (channel 258 B) to 103.9 MHz (channel 280 A);

-  by decreasing the effective radiated power from 50,000 to 630 watts;.

-  by relocating the studios from Sainte-Adèle to Saint-Jérôme; and

-  by adding a transmitter at Mont-Tremblant, operating on a frequency of 92.9 MHz (channel 225 B) with an effective radiated power of 559 watts.

These changes will modify the authorized contours at Sainte-Adèle.

The licensee states that the addition of a transmitter at Mont-Tremblant will enable it to serve the Saint-Jovite/Mont-Tremblant area and to improve the signal reception of CIME-FM at Sainte-Agathe, Quebec.

This application is conditional upon the Commission's approval of the application by Jean-Pierre Coallier (OBCI) (199616562), also scheduled at this public hearing. If application (199616562) is denied, the licensee wishes to make the following amendments only:

-  to relocate the studios from Sainte-Adèle to Saint-Jérôme; and

-  to add a transmitter at Mont-Tremblant, operating on a frequency of 92.9 MHz (channel 225 B) with an effective radiated power of 559 watts.
