Deletion of transmitter
|
Following Public Notice CRTC 1995-223 dated 21 December 1995, the Commission approves the application to amend the broadcasting licence for the radio programming undertaking CHOA-FM Rouyn-Noranda, by authorizing the licensee to delete the transmitter CHOA-FM-2 Amos/Val-d'Or.

The Commission notes that the licensee will implement this authority as soon as the transmitter CHOA-FM-1 is being operated at the effective radiated power of 100,000 watts, approved in Decision CRTC 95-766.

This decision is to be appended to the licence.
