In its letter, PIAC responds to the Company's letter to the Commission, dated April 25, 2008, in which the Company advised the Commission that it was modifying its directory distribution policy by distributing residential-only listing white pages on a biennial basis in certain metropolitan areas, and would include business listing currently found in the white pages in a new, enhanced yellow pages directory which would be still distributed on an annual basis.
