The Consumer Groups have requested that the Commissioner for Complaints for Telecommunications Services (the “CCTS”) be prevented from including the Canadian Federation of Independent Business (“CFIB”) as a designated „Canadian consumer group”1 recognized by the CCTS as a group eligible to participate in the process for the nomination and selection of the two Directors representing the Canadian consumer groups on the CCTS Board.
