Rogers had reviewed the CLEC 9-1-1 Agreement filed by Bell Canada and Bell Aliant Regional Communications (collectively,“Bell”) pursuant the Commissions’ determination set out in CRTC 2010-693, and believed the changes to the agreement were fully compliant with the Commission’s directives.

Description: At paragraph 26 of Decision 2010-693 dated 17 September 2010, the Commission directed Bell Aliant Regional Communications, Limited Partnership and Bell Canada (collectively, the Companies) to file a revised CLEC 9-1-1 Agreement, as amended pursuant to paragraphs 21 and 25 of Decision 2010-693, for Commission approval by 18 October 2010.  The Companies note however, that they are not able to submit the revised CLEC 9-1-1 Agreement by that date.
