Description: Saskatchewan Telecommunications (SaskTel) has received a letter from Shaw Telecom G.P. (Shaw), dated 14 September 2009 which is in response to SaskTel’s 09 September 2009 letter to the Commission on the above Subject. Failure of SaskTel to address any argument or allegation raised by Shaw should not be taken as being accepted by SaskTel where such acceptance would be contrary to SaskTel’s best interests.
