(MTS Allstream) regarding the Companies ' 21 February 2007 submission that the Commission should have included in the list of forborne Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) services in Telecom Circular CRTC 2006-10 (Circular 2006-10) Bell Canada's and Bell Aliant's Mana ged Internet Protocol Telephony (MIPT) services and SaskTel's Centrex IP service.
