Description : On 25 August 2014, in Tariff Notices (TNs) 933/473, Bell Aliant, Bell Canada and Télébec filed proposed revisions to our Support Structure tariffs, namely the National Services Tariff - Item 901 and General Tariff - Chapter 10.3.  These TNs proposed modifications to note that while Strand Equipment (communications-related equipment inserted into cabling located on strand) does not require a permit, Licensees should be required to notify us within 30 days of having placed Strand Equipment on our Support Structures, similar to the current notification required by us for the placement of Subscriber Drop Wires.
