Description: The Independent Members of the Canadian Association of Internet Providers ("IMCAIP) have recently become aware of a SaskTel tariff application which was apparently filed with the Commission on 20 January 2006, pursuant to SaskTel Tariff Notice No. 102 ("TN 102"). This tariff application proposes to withdraw a tariff proposal for an unbundled ADSL access service that was filed by SaskTel with the Commission on 25 July 2003, and to replace this proposal with a fully bundled whosesale ADSL access service called "Aggregated ADSL Service" as set out in TN 102.
