Description: Bragg Communications Inc. operating as “EastLink” (EastLink) is in receipt of Bell Aliant’s and Bell Canada’s (the “Companies”) responses to the Commission’s 25 April 2012 interrogatories, which were intended to clarify certain aspects of the Companies’ cost study and proposal, filed as Tariff Notices 390A and 7337A. These tariff notices would allow the Companies to charge CLECs and WSPs a roughly $1,700 annual fee for access to each
