Description: Attached for the Commission's approval are revisions to Bell Aliant Regional Communications, Limited Partnership's (Bell Aliant or the Company's) Tariff Notices No. 363 and 363A (TN 363/A). The purpose of this revision is to modify two of the confidential rates that were proposed in TN 363/A. Additionally, pursuant to the procedure set out in Commission staff's letter dated 5 February 2010, Bell Aliant provides, in the Attachments hereto, responses to the interrogatories posed in that letter.
