2007-09-14 - Telecom Decision CRTC 2007-89 The Commission denies Télébec, Limited Partnership's (Télébec) proposal to recover part of its price cap deferral account shortfall by means of a subsidy from the National Contribution Fund and proposed adjustments to the subsidy calculation process that would result in an increase in the company's total subsidy requirement. The Commission also denies Télébec's proposal to recover the remainder of that shortfall through the rate increases proposed in Tariff Notice 350 other than the proposed increases to Pay telephone rates, which the Commission approves herein on a final basis.
