2005-07-27 - Telecom Order CRTC 2005-279 The Commission approves on a final basis an application filed by MTS Allstream Inc. on 18 March 2005, and approves the applications filed by Saskatchewan Telecommunications on 1 June 2005 and Aliant Telecom Inc. on 13 April 2005, regarding revisions to their Competitive Digital Network access service tariffs.

Description: On 13 April 2005 MTS Allstream Inc. (MTS Allstream) received comments from Rogers Wireless Inc. (RWI) regarding the protection and redundancy arrangements for Competitor Digital Network (CDN) access service configurations proposed in MTS Allstream’s Tariff Notice No. 555 (TN 555). Pursuant to the procedure set out in paragraph 33(4) of the CRTC Telecommunications Rules of Procedure MTS Allstream provides the following reply.
