Description: Further to NorthernTel, Limited Partnership’s (“NorthernTel”) letter of March 4, 2004, and pursuant to Telecom Order CRTC 2004-281 Equal Access Pool Administration Process Agreement, allowing for the redistribution of equal access revenues in accordance with Decision CRTC 2001-583. NorthernTel hereby advises the Commission that effective June 30, 2004 Bell Canada no longer contributes, nor shall it receive funds from the Equal Access Pool.
