Description: On 22 March 2019, we filed with the Commission a notification of the expansion of our serving area (an LOI) in Quebec for various Exchanges within Quebec, including within the Val d'Or local interconnection region (LIR). On 30 July 2021, we filed a notification with the Commission that we had completed our obligations in various exchanges in Quebec (an LOC), including those in the Val d'Or LIR. Since that time, it has come to our attention that there were several administrative errors in the notification letters that we wish to correct with this letter. Further, it has also come to our attention that the Commission's website does not accurately reflect the status of many of the Exchanges where we have completed our CLEC obligations, as these Exchanges still show Distributel as a "Proposed CLEC" instead of as an "In-service CLEC," despite our filing of the associated LOC. Given the various issues with the information for the Val d'Or LIR Exchanges that we serve, and wanting to ensure that the record is correct, we are filing this notification to ensure that the information is complete and confirm that all of our obligations are fully met in the noted Exchanges.
