Further to our December 18, 2017 letter, and in accordance with the Competition Entry Procedures set out in Local Competition Telecom Decision CRTC 97-8, Gosfield wishes to advise the Commission that it is now prepared to begin its CLEC service in the Leamington, Ontario Exchange of Bell Canada, part of Windsor LIR-ON20 for which Gosfield is already in service.

Description: Further to our December 7, 2022 letter, and in accordance with the Competition Entry Procedures set out in Local Competition Telecom Decision CRTC 97-8, Gosfield wishes to advise the Commission that it is now prepared to begin its CLEC service in the Essex, Ontario Exchange of Bell Canada, part of Windsor LIR-ON20 for which Gosfield is already in service.
