Description : Pursuant to the directives outlined in Telecom Decision CRTC 97-8, Local Competition (Decision 97-8), and subsequent to its previous letter of November 4, 2016, Tbaytel is reiterating its intent to enter the Bell Canada exchange of Marathon, Ontario as a CLEC and further is notifying the Commission that it will complete the expansion of our current local serving areas to include the Bell Canada exchange of Marathon on June 1, 2022:
