Telecom Decision CRTC 2012-396, Notification requirements for competitive local exchange
carriers seeking to offer local service in new exchanges, and filing of related documents, and
subsequent directives, the purpose of this letter is to notify the Commission and parties that ISP
Telecom Inc. has complied with the requirements applicable to existing competitive local
exchange carriers (CLEC’s) seeking to offer local services in additional incumbent telephone
exchanges.
