In Telecom Decision CRTC 2012-396, the Commission maintained the requirement for a Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (“CLEC”) to file a notification letter attesting that it is in full compliance with all of its obligations prior to offering local services in an additional exchange, and set out in an Appendix to that decision the information that a CLEC must provide in its notification letter.1
