Décision de télécom CRTC 2005-36 Le Conseil établit que les terrains servant au train léger sur rail (TLR) dans la ville d'Edmonton (Edmonton ou la Ville) constituent un « autre lieu public » au sens de l'article 43 de la Loi sur les télécommunications. Par conséquent, le Conseil a ordonné à MTS Allstream Inc. (MTS Allstream) et à Edmonton de négocier, à partir des coûts causals, une structure de frais selon laquelle MTS Allstream pourrait, pour la construction, l'entretien et l'exploitation de ses lignes de transmission, avoir accès en permanence aux terrains servant au TLR.
