Décision de télécom CRTC 2003-48 - Le Conseil établit les intervalles de service pour les services que les entreprises de services locaux titulaires (ESLT) fournissent aux entreprises de services locaux concurrentes (ESLC). Le Conseil amorce également une instance en vue de déterminer si les intervalles de service conviennent ou non à d'autres services que les ESLT fournissent aux ESLC et, le cas échéant, quels intervalles devraient s'appliquer.
