Description: This is further to Convergia Networks Inc.'s application filed pursuant to part VII of the CRTC Telecommunications Rules of Procedure on 20 May 2002, Bell Canada's submission to the Commission of 22 May 2003 on procedure and Convergia's response to that letter in which Convergia submitted further argument and requested the Commission to order the Company to reconfigure certain DS-1 facilities so that Convergia may deliver additional long distance traffic to the Company for termination at rates which the Company has already demonstrated are substantially non-compensatory.
