Update
CRTC 2018-404 - approved a change in ownership and effective control of Newcap and its subsidiaries whereby the control is now exercised by Eric Boyko of Stingray.
Update - 2018-12-20 - on 16 December 2018, Newcap Inc. amalgamated to continue as Stingray Radio Inc.
CRTC 2021-142 - approved a new specialty (Christian music) FM radio station in Scarborough proposed by International Harvesters for Christ Evangelic Association Inc. Note: This station has not yet launched.
CRTC 2021-211 - approved the acquisition by Local Radio Lab Inc. of the assets of CKMO-FM Orangeville from My Broadcasting Corporation. The closing of the transaction was completed on 1 September 2021.
CRTC 2021-275 - approved the acquisition by 2784486 Ontario Limited of the assets of CKFG-FM from Intercity Broadcasting Network Inc. The closing of the transaction was completed on 20 September 2021.
Update - 2022-05-12 - the call sign CFMJ was changed to CFIQ (re: Corus).
CRTC 2022-286 - approved a new specialty (religious music) FM radio station proposed by United Christian Broadcasters Media Canada in Scarborough. Conditional upon receipt of written confirmation from International Harvesters that they do not intend to exercise their ability to launch the station approved in Decision CRTC 2018-461.
CRTC 2024-170 - approved a change in ownership and effective control of CIND-FM Toronto. Following the closing of the transaction, the assets of CIND-FM Toronto will be transferred from Rock 95 Broadcasting Ltd. to Local Radio Lab Inc. Note: The transaction closed on 01 August 2024.
