Update
CRTC 2017-219 - approved a new specialty FM radio station in Mount Pearl proposed by Seventh-Day Adventist Church in Newfoundland and Labrador, to replace its AM radio station VOAR.
CRTC 2018-404 - approved a change in ownership and effective control of Newcap and its subsidiaries whereby the control is now exercised by Eric Boyko of Stingray.
Update - 2018-12-20 - on 16 December 2018, Newcap Inc. amalgamated to continue as Stingray Radio Inc.
