CRTC 2013-310 - approved the change of effective control of Astral's broadcasting undertakings to BCE Inc.

CRTC 2024-139 – approved a change in ownership and effective control of CKWW Windsor, CHAM Hamilton and CKOC Hamilton through the acquisition of assests by Neeti P. Ray (OBCI) from the partners of the Bell Media Regional Radio Partnership (CKWW) and from Bell Media Inc. (CHAM & CKOC). Note: The transactions will be reflected upon receipt of the incorporation documents and the surrender of licences by Bell.
