CRTC 2024-139 – approved a change in ownership and effective control of CKWW Windsor, CHAM Hamilton and CKOC Hamilton through the acquisition of assests by Neeti P. Ray (OBCI) from the partners of the Bell Media Regional Radio Partnership (CKWW) and from Bell Media Inc. (CHAM & CKOC). Note: The transactions closed on 23 August 2024.
