Offrir un contenu dans les deux langues officielles
Prière de noter que la Loi sur les langues officielles exige que toutes publications gouvernementales soient disponibles dans les deux langues officielles.

Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen and welcome to this hearing of the Commission. My name is Elizabeth A. Duncan, Commissioner, Atlantic Region and Nunavut and I will chair this meeting. With me on the panel are my colleagues, Candice J. Molnar, Commissioner, Manitoba and Saskatchewan; Michel Morin, National Commissioner; Marc Patrone, National Commissioner and Stephen B. Simpson, Commissioner, British Columbia and Yukon. Ms. Cindy Ventura will be the Hearing Secretary and Ms Kelly-Anne Smith will be our Legal Counsel. Madam Secretary, what are the items on the agenda for today?
Secretary: Thank you, Madam Chair
On 27 September 2010, the Commission published Broadcasting Notice of Consultation CRTC 2010-715. The Commission also published 2010-715-1 on 1 October 2010. The applications referenced in these notices are being considered today without the appearance of the parties.
The Commission has received interventions for some of the applications and they have been placed on the public file for this hearing.
