Notes: "This report develops and discusses a general model for predicting existing station audience losses resulting from the importation of U.S. channels. For any given area the model relates this audience loss to the particular channel configuration in that area. In the case of Newfoundland the estimated audience loss of cable viewers by existing stations is 37 percent.
