En vertu de la Loi canadienne sur l’accessibilité (LCA), les fournisseurs de services de télécommunications et de radiodiffusion réglementés doivent établir un processus de rétroaction permettant aux consommateurs de les informer de tout obstacle rencontré en faisant affaire avec eux. La LCA exige aussi que les fournisseurs de services publient une description de ce processus de rétroaction et qu’ils nous avisent lorsqu’elle aura été publiée.

Si votre fournisseur de services n’est pas sur la liste et que vous pensez que son délai pour nous aviser de la publication de son processus de rétroaction est expiré, vous pouvez déposer une plainte à notre centre de soutien.
