Bonjour mesdames et messieurs et bienvenue à cette audience du Conseil. Mon nom est Caroline Simard Vice-présidente, Radiodiffusion et je présiderai cette audience. Les autres membres du Comité d’audition sont mes collègues Christianne Laizner, Vice- présidente, Télécommunications et Monique Lafontaine, conseillère pour la province de l’Ontario. Jade Roy sera la secrétaire de cette audience et Madame Moïra Létourneau, conseillère juridique. Madame la Secrétaire, quels sont les articles à l'ordre du jour aujourd'hui?

Le Conseil a publié l’avis de consultation de radiodiffusion CRTC 2018-216 le 28 juin 2018. L’article dans l’avis mentionné ci-dessus, sera examiné aujourd'hui sans comparution du demandeur.
Le Conseil a reçu quelques interventions pour la demande et sont disponibles au dossier public de cette audience.
