Opening of Hearing at 11:00 a.m.
Chairman: À l'ordre s'il vous plaît.
Bonjour mesdames et messieurs et bienvenue à cette audience du Conseil. Mon nom est Yves Dupras, je suis conseiller pour la région du Québec et je présiderai cette audience. Les autres membres du Comité d’audition sont mes collègues Christopher Macdonald, conseiller pour la région de l’Atlantique et du Nunavut et Stephen Simpson, conseiller pour la région de la Colombie-Britannique et du Yukon. Lynda Roy sera la secrétaire de cette audience et Amy Hanley, conseillère juridique. Madame la Secrétaire, quels sont les articles à l'ordre du jour aujourd'hui?
Secretary: Merci, monsieur le Président.
On 10 April 2017, the Commission published Broadcasting Notice of Consultation CRTC 2017-94. The applications referenced in this Notice are being considered today without the appearance of the parties. Les articles dans l’avis mentionnés précédemment, sont examinés aujourd'hui sans comparution des parties.
The Commission has received interventions for some of the applications and they have been placed on the public file for this hearing.

Chairman:I should emphasize that the matters that forms part of the Agenda will be given full consideration by the hearing panel and decisions will be released in due course after consultation with the full Commission.
