Chairman: Order please.

Good morning ladies and gentlemen and welcome to this hearing of the Commission. My name is Jean-Pierre Blais, Chairman of the CRTC and I will chair this hearing. With me on the panel are my colleagues, Candice Molnar, Commissioner for Manitoba and Saskatchewan and Yves Dupras, Commissioner for Quebec. Sonia Gravelle will be the Hearing Secretary and Valerie Dionne will be our Legal Counsel. Madam Secretary, what are the items on the agenda for today?

Secretary: Thank you Mr. Chairman.

On 1st December 2014, the Commission published Broadcasting Notice of Consultation CRTC 2014-621. The Commission also published 2014-621-1 on 19 December 2014. The applications referenced in these notices are being considered today without the appearance of the parties.

The Commission has received interventions for some of the applications and they have been placed on the public file for this hearing.

Thank you Mr. Chairman.

Chairman: Thank you, are there any questions from the panel members?

Candice Molnar: No questions Mr. Chairman.

Chairman: I see that Mr. Dupras has no questions.

I should emphasize that the matters that form part of the agenda will be given full consideration by the hearing panel and decisions will be released in due course after consultation with the full Commission. This therefore concludes today's hearing. I wish to thank my colleagues, Legal Counsel and the Hearing Secretary for their assistance. The hearing is now adjourned.

Secretary: Thank you Mr. Chairman.

The hearing adjourned at 11:15 a.m.
