Bonjour mesdames et messieurs et bienvenue à cette audience du Conseil. Mon nom est Louise Poirier, je suis Conseillère nationale et je présiderai cette audience. Les autres membres du Comité d’audition sont mes collègues Elizabeth A. Duncan, Conseillère, région de l’Atlantique et du Nunavut, et Stephen Simpson, Conseiller, Colombie-Britannique et Yukon. Madame Cindy Ventura sera la secrétaire de cette audience et monsieur Jean-Sébastien Gagnon sera le Conseiller juridique. Madam Secretary, what are the items on the agenda for today?
Secretary: Thank you, Madam Chair.
On 26 March 2013, the Commission published Broadcasting Notice of Consultation CRTC 2013-154.The applications referenced in this notice are being considered today without the appearance of the parties.
The Commission has received interventions for some of the applications and they have been placed on the public file for this hearing.
