However, the aforementioned publication is the recorded verbatim transcript and, as such, is transcribed in either of the official languages, depending on the language spoken by the participant at the hearing.

Présidente : À l'ordre s'il vous plaît.
Bonjour mesdames et messieurs et bienvenue à cette audience du Conseil. Mon nom est Suzanne Lamarre, je suis la Conseillère, du Québec et je présiderai cette audience. Les autres membres du Comité d’audition sont mes collègues Timothy Denton, Conseiller national, et Stephen Simpson, Conseiller, Colombie-Britannique et Yukon. Madame Jade Roy sera la secrétaire de cette audience et Madame Moïra Létourneau, Conseillère juridique. Madame la Secrétaire, quels sont les articles à l'ordre du jour aujourd'hui?
Secrétaire: Merci madame la Présidente.
Le Conseil a publié l’avis de consultation de radiodiffusion CRTC 2013-13 le 16 janvier 2013. Le Conseil a également publié les avis CRTC 2013-13-1, 2013-13-2 et 2013-13-3. Les articles dans les avis mentionnés ci-dessus, sont examinés aujourd'hui sans comparution des parties.
Le Conseil a reçu quelques interventions pour quelques unes des demandes et sont disponibles au dossier public de cette audience.

Présidente: Je dois préciser que le Comité d'audition fera un examen approfondi des demandes à l'ordre du jour et que la décision sera prise en temps opportun après consultation des membres du Conseil. Ceci met un terme à l'audience publique d'aujourd'hui. J'aimerais remercier mes collègues, de même que la Conseillère juridique Moïra Létourneau et la Secrétaire d’audience, pour leur assistance.
