Bonjour mesdames et messieurs et bienvenue à cette audience du Conseil. Mon nom est Louise Poirier, je suis Conseillère nationale et je présiderai cette audience. Les autres membres du Comité d’audition sont mes collègues Elizabeth A. Duncan, Conseillère, région de l’Atlantique et du Nunavut, et Marc Patrone, Conseiller national. Madame Jade Roy sera la secrétaire de cette audience et
madame Romy Ochmann St-Jean sera la Conseillère juridique. Madam Secretary, what are the items on the agenda for today?
Secretary: Thank you Madam Chair.
On 19 September 2011, the Commission published Broadcasting Notice of Consultation CRTC 2011-595. The Commission also published 2011-595-1 on 26 September 2011 and 2011-595-2 on 8 November 2011. The applications referenced in these notices are being considered today without the appearance of the parties.
The Commission has received interventions for some of the applications and they have been placed on the public file for this hearing.
