CHAIRMAN: Order please, à l'ordre s'il vous plaît.
Good morning ladies and gentlemen and welcome to this hearing of the Commission. My name is Peter Menzies, I am Regional Commissioner, Alberta and Northwest Territories and I will chair this meeting. With me on the panel are my colleagues, National Commissioners Marc Patrone and Michel Morin. Mrs. Cindy Venturawill be the Secretary of this hearing and Mr. Hugues Lafrance-Rodrigue will be our Legal Counsel. Madam Secretary, what are the items on the agenda for today?
SECRETARY: Thank you, Mr. Chairman
On 8 October 2009, the Commission published Broadcasting Notice of Consultation CRTC 2009-632. The Commission also published 2009-632-1 on 19 October 2009 and 2009-632-2 on 3 December 2009. The applications referenced in these notices are being considered today without the appearance of the parties.
The Commission has received interventions for some of the applications and they have been placed on the public file for this hearing.

CHAIRMAN: Thank you, Madam Secretary. I should emphasize that matters that form part of the agenda will be given full consideration by the hearing panel and decisions will be released in due course after consultation with the full Commission.
