CHAIR: Order please.
Good morning ladies and gentlemen and welcome to this public hearing of the Commission. My name is Candice Molnar, I am a regional Commissioner for Manitoba and Saskatchewan and I will chair this meeting. With me on the panel are my colleagues, Michel Morin, national Commissioner, Marc Patrone, national Commissioner. Ms. Lynda Roy will be the Secretary of this hearing and Mr. Emmanuel Jilwan will be our legal counsel. Madam Secretary, what are the items on the agenda for today?
SECRETARY: Thank you, Mrs. Chair
On 17 October 2008, the Commission published Broadcasting Notice of Public Hearing CRTC 2008-13. The Commission also published Broadcasting Notice of Public Hearing CRTC 2008-13-1 on 24 October 2008, CRTC 2008-13-2 on 17 November 2008, CRTC 2008-13-3 on 25 November 2008 and CRTC 2008-13-4 on 15 December 2008. The applications referenced in these notices are being considered today without the appearance of the parties.
For the record, the Commission has received interventions for some of the applications and they have been placed on the public file for this public hearing.

CHAIR: Thank you.
