  1. 3. Compliance with the Community Radio Policy

    In Broadcasting Regulatory Policy 2010-499, the Commission stated that a community radio station is owned, operated, managed and controlled by a not-for-profit organization that provides for membership, management, operation and programming primarily by members of the community served.

    In light of the above, please explain:

    1. What are the membership criteria to become a member of the organization?
    2. Please confirm the number of members of the organization.
    3. How are the members of the board of directors selected?
    4. How do you ensure that members of the community are able to participate in the management of the proposed licensee?
