4. Compliance with the Campus Radio Policy
In Broadcasting Regulatory Policy 2010-499, the Commission specified that it expects that the Board of Directors for campus stations include campus representatives who provide balanced representation from:
- the student body;
- the administration of the post-secondary institution;
- station volunteers; and
- the community at large.
In light of the above, please provide a detailed description of the measures taken to ensure that the structure and composition of the Board of Directors comply with the policy, or the reasons why the policy should not apply to your station.
