We sought your views on the proposed code of conduct for bargaining under the Online News Act. The proposed code will apply to large online platforms that are subject to the Act and to eligible news organizations.
Who was the focus of this consultation
This consultation was of most interest to large online platforms, such as search engines and social media sites, and news organizations, as well as anyone interested in the code of conduct related to the Online News Act.

- Prohibited provisions in agreements; and
