We are seeking your views on the proposed code of conduct for bargaining under the Online News Act. The proposed code will apply to large online platforms that are subject to the Act and to eligible news organizations. Share your thoughts on these proposed rules, which include requirements of good faith, fairness and transparency during bargaining activities.
