CFGM-FM Caledon – Revocation of licence

1. Vista Radio Ltd. has requested the revocation, effective immediately, of its broadcasting licence for the English-language commercial radio programming undertaking CFGM-FM Caledon, Ontario, renewed in Various commercial radio stations – Licence renewals and amendments, Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2019-202, 11 June 2019.
2. Given the licensee’s request and pursuant to paragraph 9(1)(f) of the Broadcasting Act, the Commission revokes the broadcasting licence issued to Vista Radio Ltd. for the above-mentioned undertaking.
