You have also requested any information the Commission may have in regard to what detailed types of information will or will not fall under the Traffic Light Protocol of Red, Amber, Green or White. As for the Traffic Light Protocol referred to in section 7 of the Memorandum of Understanding on Telecommunications Reliability signed by twelve (12) Canadian carriers, this is to confirm that the Commission does not have any such information In addition, I would like to clarify that the Commission process regarding the confidentiality of information filed with the Commission is governed by Telecommunications Act and the CRTC Rules of Procedure.
