Subject: Service Outage Reporting Form – Interim Reporting Measure – Extension for Reply Comments
This is further to the Commission staff letter dated 22 February 2023 providing Canadian carriers with the Service Outage Reporting Form to be used for the initial reporting of a major service outage in compliance with the interim requirement imposed in Telecom Notice of Consultation CRTC 2023-39. In that letter, staff also invited Canadian carriers and other interested parties to comment on the information in the interim service outage report that would be made public. Comments regarding the confidentiality of the information proposed to be published were due on 3 March 2023 and the deadline for reply comments was 8 March 2023.
It has come to staff’s attention that comments were only posted on the Commission’s website at 8000-C12-201909780 (Interventions) today (7 March 2023) at 11 AM. Accordingly, the deadline for filing reply comments is extended until 13 March 2023.
All documents must be received, and not merely sent, by the date indicated.
